I want to spread the word about this company because it is AWESOME. I tried HF and CP - they deliver 5 meal kits to you at once with a million individuals packed ingredients. Then I discovered Yumba! I just got my first delivery today and WOW! There is ZERO waste! Fresh local ingredients, great selection and the food comes prepared!!!!!!

I had decided to try Yumba out a month ago to avoid overpaying for short-notice meals from popular food-delivery services such as Uber Eats. I've been receiving my meals stacked in a thermal bag with an ice pack every Monday, and honestly this weekly drop-off has been my crutch.

I have tried so many meal plans, and gave up because they are either too plain, portions are small, or absolutely ridiculously priced, finally decided to give meal plans a last shot because I cant afford the time to cook & clean, and Yumba blows every meal plan service in the GTA out of the water.
I chose Yumba first and foremost because they are one of very few meal delivery companies who collect and reuse their ice packs and insulated delivery bags. I love that they have the environmental conscious to do this- it is very important to me as a consumer.
I don't usually leave reviews but Yumba has been a standout and felt compelled to. We have tried several meal delivery services for our family of 5. Yumba is tastier, healthier, more convenient and cheaper than using Ubereats, which we had been using frequently.
1st time trying a mealprep service. I'm very happy one week in. The meals are very good, they change the menu up weekly, delivery is included in the price. Being busy with work constantly I've probably cut my meal budget more than in half by doing this rather than ordering UberEats constantly and I'm eating healthier.
I have been using Yumba for the past year and they have been a saving grace for healthy, well thought out meals that are tasty and affordable! Food is well balanced; and there is always a ton of variety with a rotating menu. Plus the taste and portion size is always consistent.
Honestly, these meals are incredible. Generous portion sizes and the taste is just insane. These chefs are magicians with the food. People would question the Yumba meals saying that the carbs are too high, or should be higher in protein, but I wasn't making this a diet, but rather a lifestyle... I still wanted to eat like normal but most importantly, LOVE WHAT I'M EATING!!!!
Yumba is 100% a part of my life now. Very affordable.. great food... big portions.. wide selection...and most of all easy. I’m so tired from work I don’t want to cook. This service cuts out spending on UberEats. If you are working long hours but still want a good meal I highly suggest this service. Customer service very on point too.
Yumba has saved my marriage! The food is delicious and the portion sizes are great. My husband has been walking around with a smile all week whenever he realizes that he doesn't have to cook!
The food is DELISH, love that they use different spices creatively for each meal. You can tell that they are true foodies. Highly recommended!
This service rocks. Not only the meals are the best among similar services (and tried pretty much all of them) but the customer service is absolutely second to none.If you reside within an area catered by Yumba and are on the lookout for a meal prep service - this is the way.
This food is a game changer....I've been trying other services for over a year to find one that is actually healthy and made fresh. Having Yumba now is like night and day. So impressed, quality/price/delivery 10/10
Amazing. GREAT selection of food. Comes fresh in a reusable bag. I love it. Perfect for a guy like me I'm always on the road so I barely have time to cook.
