Our meals are individual servings intended for an adult. For example, Our 8-meal plan is perfect for a person looking for 8 dinners or lunches a week. On average, our meals weigh about 14 ounces and are usually between 350-650 calories. We don't use any chemicals or artificial preservatives so our meals are best to eat within 4-5 days. If you're worried you won't get to your meals in time, you can split your deliveries between Monday and Thursday to ensure maximum freshness. You can also freeze your meals if you don't think you will get to them in time.P.S. We always recommend eating meals with fish first.
That's the best part! Our meals are fully cooked and can be reheated in the Microwave or Oven.Microwave: Prop the lid of the Yumba box slightly to the side, remove the lid of the sauce container. Depending on the instructions heat your meal with, or without the sauce container inside. Heat for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, pour the sauce on and enjoy!Oven: Place the contents of the meal in an oven-safe tray, remove the sauce cup and heat for 12 minutes at 350F. Pour the sauce on and enjoy!
You don't have to, but we love it when you do! Simply leave the bag in a spot visible to the delivery person or with your concierge and we will pick it up at your next delivery, sterilize, and reuse it.
We currently deliver to all addresses in Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Pickering and Ajax.
Our order deadline is Wednesday at 11:59 PM for the following week's deliveries. Because you order in advance, we can order the exact ingredients needed to make your meals. We are unable to cancel or make any modifications to orders after the deadline.
Simply log in to your account each week before the deadline and choose the meals you would like to receive in your next order. We will also send you an email to remind you.
You can view the ingredients macros and allergens by clicking on the photo of the specific meal you are interested in.

Changing and pausing your plan is easy. Just log in, and make any changes you wish.
We deliver your meals in a thermal reusable bag with ice-packs for maximum freshness. Your meals will arrive refrigerated and never frozen. You can either keep your delivery bag or leave it at your door before your next delivery and we will reuse it.
No, our delivery drivers will notify you when your meals have been delivered and leave them at your door or with your concierge based on the instructions you give us.
